Your privacy choices
Almost everything about you lives on your phone, so most choices are yours to make right there in the app. For the rest, write to us and a person will help.
Be findable, or not
Your directory listing is off unless you turn it on. Turn it on or off in the app's identity settings.
Remove a proven address
Remove a proven email or phone number from Settings. We delete it from our identity service.
Delete an identity check
Ask us to delete your verification session at DIDIT, from Settings or by writing to privacy@orbis.id.
Withdraw consent
Turning off a directory listing or deleting an identity check withdraws the consent you gave for it. Nothing else in the app depends on consent.
Choose how long chats are kept
Set retention for each contact in the chat's settings. The shorter of your two choices always wins.
Get a copy of what we hold
Write to privacy@orbis.id from an address you proved. We answer within the time the law requires.
