How ORBLINK keeps contact safe
- People can reach you only after you accept their invitation. There's no random matching and no public chat rooms.
- You're findable in the directory only if you choose to be.
- You can block anyone instantly, and they can no longer message or call you.
What isn't allowed
- Child exploitation. Any content that sexualises or exploits a minor. We have zero tolerance and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and the authorities.
- Harassment and threats. Bullying, stalking, threats of violence, or encouraging self-harm.
- Hate. Attacks on people for who they are, including race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Fraud and scams. Impersonating people, phishing, or asking for money under false pretences.
- Non-consensual intimate images. Sharing or threatening to share intimate images of someone without consent.
- Spam and abuse of the service. Bulk messaging, malware, or attacks on our systems.
- Illegal goods and activity. Selling weapons, drugs or other illegal goods, or organising crime.
- Directory abuse. Listings that impersonate someone or contain offensive names or images.
Reporting
Report a conversation from inside the app: open the chat, tap the person's name, then Report. You choose which messages to send us, because we can't read your chats otherwise. You can also write to support@orbis.id. Step-by-step help.
What we do
We review every report within two business days. Depending on what we find, we may warn the person, remove their directory listing, or suspend their identity from our services. Content that exploits children is reported to the authorities.
Appeals
If you think we made a mistake, write to support@orbis.id and a different person will review it.
